Oversee and coordinate AML, Sanction and AB&C compliance requirement and information updates/expert advice and feedback to the business.
Document and report the investigation findings and prepare case files for review (e.g. media search results, copies of statements, results from internal system searches etc.
Perform review on name screening escalation to Compliance, and provide advisory to business related to this process
Regulator's reporting.
Responsible for communicating with internal and external parties, Branch and in-business control
Conduct research over available Bank systems, the Internet and Databases consistent with the resolution of investigations
Document all research and analysis conducted in the Case Management System
Responsible for communicating with BFIU, ACC, NBR on name search issues.
Coordinate regulatory communications, track regulatory reviews, manage entries in Regulatory Review Tracker (RET), Coordinate responses to regulatory review reports and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) against review finding
Basic Requirements :
Graduation/Post Graduation from any reputed university.
Experience : 4 to 5 years
