Position Description
Responsible for credit control, supervision, document custodian and approval of daily transaction
Ensure the efficient and accurate preparation of Mortgage related documentations, including the Mortgage/ security deeds.
Ensure quick processing of all types of documentations and timely disbursement in line with compliance.
Review loan documents and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper and efficient delivery of credit administration duties
Manage prompt customer service related to lending customers
Ensure proper lodgment of security documents
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Able to work independently under pressure & self-motivated.
Competent to supervise and work with a dynamic group of professionals.
Educational Requirements :
MBA or Masters in Economics/ Management/ Finance & Banking/ Accounting.
Certifications or Training in CAD will be preferred.
Experience :
At least 8 year(s)
