Job Details For bkash Career :
Engage with the DC Ops team, learn and work on the day to day operations of Data Centers, Labs and the technical support.
Monitoring, operation and maintenance of all infrastructure equipment including (Generators, PAC, VRF, AVR, ATS, STS, ACB, Online UPS, FFS, Raise Floor, DCIM and other electrical components, transformers, Automatic Fire fighting system, Access control etc.)
Perform instant trouble shooting and provide required support to keep smooth operation of Data Center as 24X7 hour basis.
Perform roaster/shifting duty to ensure regular operation of DC as per policy and maintain all documents strongly.
Monitoring, keeping daily log and escalation of incidents at DC & DR immediately.
Perform regular and periodic maintenance of Infrastructure equipment prior to supervisor approval.
Be alert and coordinate with monitoring team for any alarm and malfunction of DC infrastructure.
Decommissioning and Disposal of equipment for better capacity management, Incident and request management and adhere to defined SLA's. Inventory Management
Collaborate with internal customers to understand and address critical issues and risks
Engage and co-ordinate with various vendors and logistics while procuring new testbeds and equipment disposal
Follow up periodical & breakdown maintenance with vendor for all electrical & infrastructure equipment with proper documentation.
Ensure vendor support and perform instant trouble shooting and repairing / replacement of Electrical & infrastructure items.
