Manager, Legal Job Responsibilities :
Instructing and supervising external solicitors in litigation and other legal matters concerning the Company's business as well as relating to Company's assets.
Drafting various agreements, undertakings, board resolutions, Memorandum of Association, notices, replies to notices & regulatory letters, and MoUs.
Handling the legal issues with regard to long-pending party payment
Deal with any kind of hearing of the court with regard to company business
Investigate in various Govt. offices as well as concerned offices for verifying legal documents.
Coordinating on disputed issues with lawyers, concerned police stations, and other govt. authorities.
Practicing preventative law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments.
Drafting, reviewing, and revising contract documentation, including tender documentation, and ensuring it is qualified in the best interests of the Company.
To recheck and vet all files.
To understand all land-related documents,(C.S, S.A, R.A, mutation, deed, via deed, a portion of
Primary Drafting and Vetting of all legal papers, and documents and coordination with Senior / Panel lawyers to ensure the documents are legally sound.
Proper Maintaining all files and documentation with confidentiality
Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision.
Liaison with various Govt. And Non-Govt. Organization when necessary
Appearing in litigation on behalf of the company.
Maintaining liaison with police, SB, and various regulatory authorities.
Perform any other work as per assigned by the top management.
