Aakash Group Job Details
To look after corporate legal matters & provide all types of legal support to the company.
To scrutinize and prepare various bi-lateral and multi-lateral agreements, contract, MoU, undertaking, legal notice, both domestic and international perspective.
Vetting the legal documents and Land related papers and ensuring that everything is in accordance with approved and prescribed formats.
Preparing the draft of agreement with Landowner and Clients and any other legal document regarding company operations.
Court & others legal matters look after independently
To advise about all types of legal compliance
To look after companies all compliance issues
Any other task assigned by Management
Educational Requirements For Law Officer
LLB or LL.M from any reputed University.
Applicant should have the Bar Council Membership.
Experience Requirements For Law Officer
At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
Compliance, Lawyer, Regulatory, Labor Law, Tax Law
The applicants should have experience in the following business areas :
Real Estate, Group of Companies, Engineering Firms, Law Firm
