Job Details :
Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from the vendors.
Evaluate vendor's quotation to ensure that they are in line with the requirements of the organization.
Advise internal and external customers on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation.
Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders, delivery and shipment schedules.
Follow up of all the procurement related work and maintain good working relationship with internal and external customers.
Prepare contract documents and coordinate with all the vendors.
Create POs and share with vendor.
Develop and maintain orderly filling of all relevant documentation.
Update of the rosters/database of suppliers periodically.
Track all procurement processes up to delivery, acceptance and payment.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Educational Qualification :
Minimum completed graduation in Business or a related field.
Candidates with Diploma in Procurement will be preferred.
Experience :
At least 2 years
