Civil Lawyer Job Responsibilities :

Applicants have to be dominant in vetting of property documents irrespective of leasehold and freehold land of different area.

Applicant have to have excellent drafting skill of different types of deeds, agreement(s),

Applicant must be able to vetting of different types of agreements.

Applicant should have capacity to keep liaison with the related parties including land offices.

Applicants have to have good command both in writing & speaking in Bangla and English language.

Applicants have to be skilled in MS Word & Excel.

Applicants have to be skilled in Bangla Typing.

Civil Lawyer Educational Requirements :

LLB/ LLM

Applicant shall obtain relevant work experience as well as to complete Aminship Course.

Applicant must have the membership of Bar Council.

Experience Requirements

At least 7 year(s)

Civil Lawyer Additional Requirements :

Age 35 to 45 years

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Civil Lawyer, Land

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies.

Applicant must have knowledge in Law of Contract, Transfer of Property Act, The Registration Act, State Acquisition Tenancy Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain.

The applicant must have 5 (Five) years experience at reputed Corporate Law Chamber in documentation field.
