As a legal expert in manage matters related to Corporate Law, Land and Real Estate matters. Sound understanding of Tax and VAT. Manage all matters related to regulatory and statutory requirements for large corporate. Solve matters related to land registrations, lease and taxes. Maintain close relation with Bangladesh Tea Board, Bangladesh Tea Association.Liaison with Govt agencies and local administration
Educational Qualification:
a) Master's degree in Law from a well reputed institution. Experienced lawyers with LL.B. (Hons) may also be considered.
b) Registered with Bangladesh Bar Council.
c) Member of , Association.
Experience :
a) At least 10 year(s)
