Position Details :
Support the process to design, development and implementation of technical assistance and support in the creation of CSO issue-oriented coalitions and networks based upon identified priority issues. Provide technical assistance and support to BRAC programmes and CSO platforms in the development and implementation of issue-oriented advocacy activities.
Create a capacity database of BRAC programmes for better alignment and engagement with policy advocacy
Develop advocacy capacity-strengthening tools, curricula and training for BRAC programme staff and partners;
Organise Community of Practice (CoP) and liaison with the Advocacy Forum Members
Support coordination and organize dialogue among BRAC programmes and ASC to share lessons learned during trainings and Communities of Practice meetings
Develop and maintain Capacity plans (including trend information for predicted capacity needs)

Educational Qualification : 
Master's in Social Science from any recognised university with at least 2nd class or equivalent CGPA in all academic credentials.
Experience :  At least 5 year(s)

Position Requirements :
Age At most 40 year(s)
Minimum 5 year of experience in working with NGO advocacy.
Getting timely responses from government agencies/directorates/ministries
Getting the political environment conducive for policy changes
Getting BRAC programmes ready for policy engagement
