Job Description  :

Able to prepare legal documents independently;

Pursuing for recovering of due money from the defaulter parties;

Negotiating with parties for settlement of dues;

Release vehicles from different Custody (Court/ Police Station/ Customs);

Representing the company in the court of law in legal matters as and when required;

Update files and reporting to central operating legal cell.

Educational Requirements  : 

L.L.M from a reputed university (Must have Bar Council Membership).

Job Requirements  :

Age 24 to 35 year(s)

Good execution skill and ability to work under pressure;

High level of interpersonal skills and integrity;

Excellent oral and written communication skill both in English and Bangla;Sound knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, and Internet is must.
