Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic Lower who will carry out PBDF Ltd. s influencing ambition, advocacy and lobby work in Bangladesh using technical skill and knowledge on policy context, political economy, lobby, public engagement and mobilization, etc.
Job Responsibility :
He is expected to coordinate, convene, facilitate and maintain relationship with high level government official, influential Law Makers, national level Civil Society Groups, private sectors, academic institutions, different networks, platforms and alliances to achieve organisational goals and objectives, programmatic results at scale, sustainable changes.
General knowledge of legislation of Bangladesh
Knowledge of Bangladeshi legislation concerning IT, Finance, Banking industries
General knowledge of business documentation - declaration, certification, licensing, invoicing, contracting, reclamation.
Defending corporate interests in court and pre-trial
Consulting company executives regarding legal aspect of topics of interest
Assessment of existing operational process, policy.
Identification of development & improvement scope based on analysis and amendment/development as per findings.
Vetting/ Advising to the authority in legal aspect
Ability to work under pressure with sincerity & flexibility

Educational Qualification :
Masters in Law/ LL.B. & LL.M. from any recognized university of Bangladesh, UK, India & Australia.
