Software Support Engineer Job Details :
Manage effective resolution of support issues that are reported to the Technical Support Team.
Provide an excellent customer experience, surpassing expectation.
Act as lead on software support / service issues.
Ensure close liaison with internal functions.
Follow up on and take responsibility for unresolved issues or escalations
Act as interface between internal development teams and the clients
Provide technical support on software for internal and external clients.
Educational Requirements For Software Support Engineer :
B. Sc Engineering in CSE or any other relevant subject.
