Job Details :
Sound knowledge about statutory and regulatory requirements for efficient administration of banking company including corporate governance/ best practices.
Capable to act as a point of communication between the Management, Board of Directors and Company's Shareholders and regulatory authorities.
Organize meetings of Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Audit Committee, Annual General Meeting; and keep the proceedings, maintain the Minutes and ensure implementation of decisions;
Practical exposure of the affairs of the Shareholders & share related works & issues.
Filing annual returns covering AGM/Board/Auditors;
Publication of the company's annual report and accounts.
Educational Qualification :
Post Graduate in any discipline preferably with a degree of Chartered Secretary FCS/ FCA/ FCMA/ ACS.
Experience :
At least 10 years

Company Secretary/Share Operation, Share Department/Company Secretariat
Job Requirements :
Age 35 to 45 years
Minimum 10 years of experiences in this field and 05 years of experiences as a company secretary or deputy company secretary in Bank/Financial Institution.
Sound knowledge of overseeing the function of the Bank in line with Companies Act, Bank Company Act.
Dealing with matters relating to compliance with corporate laws, RJSC, BSEC, DSE, CSE & Bangladesh Bank.
