Major Responsibilities For Banglalink career :
Work with the Head of B2B Business to develop and define the B2B SME and SOHO long term strategic & short term operational action plans in view of the next 3-5 years and make necessary recommendation to improve upon B2B SME operation;
Revise and update strategy and operational action plans in coordination with the Head of B2B Business based on aforementioned evaluation for SME segment through negotiating and convincing concerned cross functionalities in order to have acceptability of proposition;
Establish both annual and monthly SME sales objectives in accordance with the Company's business plan, set targets for B2B SME units/regions and follow up on achievements of SME and SOHO for each region Keeping aligned with the strategic decision of Head of B2B Business, share sales performance updates for each region.
Liaise with SME figure heads in order to maintain strong relationships; direct the units for personalized information of key SME clients for profiling and ensure partnership and liaise with both public and private stakeholders regionally with BL’s corporate guidelines at all times;
Conduct monthly meetings to monitor team performance with regards to KPI and acquisition targets, identify areas for development and make necessary suggestions;
Explore new revenue opportunities and avenues in existing or innovative segmentation or product/service model by extensive effective analysis on internal and external stakeholders of each segment and conceiving necessary recommendations to all concerned stakeholders to conceptualize plans for enabling highlighted opportunities in the portfolio.
Introducing digital propositions in line with B2B Marketing that can better facilitate the SME customers’ stickiness and also avenues for newer revenue stream
Identify gaps within the business plan and recommend short to medium term (up to 1 year) operational action plans to incorporate any unforeseen circumstances or in lieu of changing market dynamics;
Supervise the Unit Heads to asses quality of sales and prepare action plan and Periodically review performance of the units in relation to predetermined targets and evaluating market share gain;
Oversee road shows and local customer contact initiatives to enhance consumer contact and engagement to build loyalty and increase sales, maintain pre-sale interface with Senior Management of strategically important external stakeholders to impart a positive image of BL and convey benefits of choosing BL for bringing them on board
Provide necessary inputs to HEAD of B2B Business on budgetary planning, oversee development of SME sales budget including HC budget to support the execution of business plan and strategy both short term and long term and manage the OPEX for the SME & SOHO unit and suggest and recommend new and innovative ways for cost optimization.
Academic Qualifications For Banglalink career :
BBA (Masters Degree is preferred) preferably in Marketing or Finance Major from any reputed UGC approved University
Required Experience For Banglalink career :
8-10 years of total experience inclusive of minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in distribution or SME & SOHO Sales management in Telecommunication as Unit Head. Having industry in depth knowledge accustomed with telecommunication distribution channel, FMCG, or other distribution oriented companies.
Required Knowledge & Skills For Banglalink career :
In-depth knowledge of Sales Strategy development and Planning
Sound understanding of Sales Channel Management especially SME channels and retail distribution
Good know-how of Business Process Management
Understanding of industry best practices
Up to date on current SME sales management tools and methodologies
Comprehensive understanding of methods and techniques for deep & cross selling
Good familiarity with key drivers of customer dissatisfaction and churn
Sound insight into company products
Know-how of technical framework of Telecom Industry
Strong business acumen
