We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Executive aka Commercial Insurance Agent to join our team and support Clements Worldwide in the strategic and tactical management of Commercial Insurance Operations.
Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have:
3+ years of Commercial Insurance selling experience
1+ years selling to Governmental or Multinational Organizations
a license in Property and Casualty (P&C)
the ability to travel worldwide
legal authorization to work in the United States

A little bit about some of the day-to-day in this role – you will be responsible for assisting our clients with service and risk management needs. You will manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide Clements 2.0 service and drive growth and Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
A little bit about how to succeed in this role:
Actively pursue and develop new business for Clements Worldwide
Resolve billing issues, make policy changes, prepare proposals, issue certificates of insurance, etc., using multiple systems and agency standards and workflows
Be a self-starter, demonstrate resourcefulness, and have good problem-solving skills
Provide high-level customer service to clients using a consultative approach and relationship building such as client visits, timely inquiry responses, utilization of product knowledge, and participation in client meetings.
You have a firm grasp of English language with above average verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels of responsibility. (Knowledge of foreign language(s) and or experience working/traveling overseas a plus.)
You possess a strong capability with Microsoft Office Suite of Products
Provide technical support to Advisors (coverages, proposals, etc.) and partner with them to ensure client needs are met.
Stay abreast of changing insurance markets and products to provide clients with the best options possible
